What is your return policy?

• You are able to exchange an unopened product within one month from the original purchase date. You will be able to return an unopened product for store credit from one month of the original purchase date. Any opened products cannot be exchanged or returned. Sale or Clearance items may be exchanged (if available) or returned for store credit but will incur a 9% restocking fee.

What types of payment do you accept?

• We accept all major credit cards, paypal, money order.

Does DTM Parts Price Match?

• We will match other major websites or company pricing . We will not match ebay pricing.

How do can I track a recently placed order?

• Tracking numbers and shipping carrier are given with every transaction. If you require additional information, feel free to contact our shipping deptartment at shipping@dtmparts.com

How long will my order take to arrive?

• All in stock items are shipped out within 24 hours of purchase time.
